The Dimensional Innovations Foundation, created in 2015 as an employee-funded and employee-led 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, recently surpassed $500,000 in charitable donations. More than 35% of U.S. based DI employees contribute to the DI Foundation fund through payroll deduction, and many others get involved through volunteering.
The DI Foundation is the common thread that unites the company’s national network in a unique, charitable, and fulfilling way. Our commitment to service through volunteerism, financial giving and being strong community leaders, is present in all DI offices around the nation.

Funding Priorities
Due to the overwhelming number of requests the DI Foundation receives, we feel it is necessary to implement some guidelines. These guidelines are meant to assist organizations in understanding the DI Foundation’s charitable priorities. Generally, we feel the DI Foundation should not consider unsolicited requests for financial support. Requests for money or “pro-bono” help may be considered if the request meets certain criteria.
